We have made the decision to register our Community Interest Company as a security services provider, albeit our core services remain the same but this additional capability will allow us to reinvest 100% of all profits made on our security contracts in support of our core services to help veterans and their families who are dealing with PTSD. At the same time we are creating employment opportunities for those who we are supporting and the wider veteran community across the Essex regions.  

We are now in our second year and the support that you, the general public and businesses have given us has been outstanding, this has allowed us to develop our core services and structure and helped many veterans and their families over the last 18 months. For those of you that work in the non-profit / charity sector, you will understand the difficulties and constraints faced in trying to deliver your services without a regular, reliable and sustainable income, you have to operate like a business.  

We have over 20 years operating experience in the security and event industry with team members having worked at RFU Twickenham, Wembley Stadium, London Stadium, the Olympics with countless greenfield and corporate events. With 80% of our team having an Armed Forces background, our strong core values and attention to detail in everything that we do ensures that we deliver a high end service to our clients. Many of our team members have also worked overseas in Close Protection roles and bring another dimension to our capabilities. We want to remain local and bring this experience to Essex to help our communities deliver safe and enjoyable events throughout the season.  

Having already secured work locally and in further discussions with local businesses, we can now offer our veterans and their families an opportunity to gain employment on a temp or regular basis. Bringing a very family orientated and well experienced team together adds value to what we are already doing under our support projects. 100% of all profits made on our security contracts will underpin our core activity meaning we will be more self sufficient allowing us to help more people needing clinical support and deliver additional outdoor group activity days for everyone throughout the year.

We are confident that our security services will be the foundation of our growth and provide the much needed resources to help more veterans and their families.
