Events Policy

Phoenix Heroes has a duty of care to ensure that their staff, supporters, beneficiaries, sponsors and the general public are kept safe during any planned event, it is important that those attending any event read and understand our event policy and accept these terms prior to attendance, failing to do so will result in the individual being refused participation. Each of our events will have a detailed admin instruction tailored around the specific event, it will cover local policies, rules and important information in relation to that event, all participants will be sent a copy at least 2 weeks prior to the event commencement date.

Event Terms & Conditions

All those that attend a Phoenix Heroes planned event such as a corporate day, family activity day, community engagements, fundraising, sporting events and campaigns do so under their own insurance protection terms. Phoenix Heroes does not accept any liability for injuries, death, damage or theft to property or personal belongings. Parents are responsible for looking after their children at all times, our own risk assessments highlight that the venue waters do pose a risk to children, failing to comply with this safety request will result in being asked to leave the venue. In the event of any cancellation of a planned event due to unforeseen circumstances, then Phoenix Heroes does not accept any liability for any associated cost incurred by anyone that is attending.
