Events Policy
*Unfortunately, anyone that is in self - isolation, showing signs of the Corona Virus symptoms as listed under the Government guidelines will not be able to attend any of our events
Phoenix Heroes has a duty of care to ensure that their staff, supporters, beneficiaries, sponsors and the general public are kept safe during any planned event, it is important that those attending any event read and understand our event policy and accept these terms prior to attendance, failing to do so will result in the individual being refused participation. Each of our events will have a detailed admin instruction tailored around the specific event, it will cover local policies, rules and important information in relation to that event, all participants will be sent a copy at least 2 weeks prior to the event commencement date.

Event Terms
All those that attend a Phoenix Heroes planned event such as a corporate day, family activity day, community engagements, fundraising, sporting events and campaigns do so under their own insurance protection terms. Phoenix Heroes does not accept any liability for injuries, death, damage or theft to property or personal belongings. In the event of any cancellation of a planned event due to unforeseen circumstances, an example being imposed movement lockdown COVID-19 restrictions, then Phoenix Heroes does not accept any liability for any associated cost incurred by anyone that is attending. By submitting the below acceptance form you are agreeing to our event terms.
COVID-19 Guidelines

Phoenix Heroes has its own Company COVID-19 Policies that have been formulated in accordance with the Government guidelines, we have taken all the necessary precautionary measures under our own event specific risk assessments that are aligned with the event venue onsite policies. On all events you must respect the social distancing rule of 2m distance and where unavoidable face mask are to be worn in close proximity. Unfortunately due to the strict COVID-19 restrictions we are unable to allow guest to visit, any guest that arrive unannounced will be refused entry. We have made one exception to guest under our own risk assessment and inline with our duty of care procedures. The specific event admin instruction will detail a more in depth overview of the event, it is important that you read and understand it prior to attendance.
